Review:
Although this has a rather poor reputation, I actually thought it was quite entertaining and quite a bit different for a Hammer entry into the Frankenstein series. We get to meet and watch Victor Frankenstein go through school being brilliant and well sort of an ass, then get to watch him start up his business in the castle of human experimentation. He finds a graveyard digger to find him corpses since he's close to being caught for body part theft (he did steal a couple of pieces from accidents and such) and well his other methods of getting parts are murderous! It's actually filled with ample bosoms everywhere you go as Victor is quite a womanizer, using the Maid and well a schoolhood chum comes into the picture and he's got an eye for her too. This really had a fun sense of humor and the actor playing Victor is an extremely likeable jerk. It's a load of fun, and an interesting take on the story that most fans of Frank should enjoy!
