Review:
So I didn't expect much from this third film in the series, mainly because the first two were so incredible that I thought this one couldn't possibly live up. In a way I was right as it's not as good as the first two, but at the same time this was a real fantastic ride all on it's own. This time around you see more typical Frankenstein Monsterisms that have been parodied over the year, plus we still have Karloff as the monster. This time we have Dr. Frankenstein's Son who is moving to where his father was from to live in the castle and make friends with the locals. The locals are less than friendly to the new Frankenstein family, except for the hilarious officer with the robotic arm. Well Ygor didn't die before so he convinces the new Dr. Frankenstein to revive the monster back to full health as his brain is scrambled. Apparently Frankenstein had been doing Ygor's bidding for years though which gets the group in some trouble. It's definitely still a must see, the sets are fantastic same as always and the acting is superb. My only criticism is that this one is a little long, but heck I still enjoyed nearly every moment of it.
