Review:
Yar I didn't like this but I can at least admit that it had a budget and was tolerable. I never really got into the giant dueling for good vs. evil bit, especially when it involves vampires and Wesley Snipes. Anyhow, for those not familiar with the story, Blade is a half-vampire (er halfpire?) and he hunts vampires to avenge his Ma's death. Lots of fighting, some blood and more of an action film based around a horror concept than anything. Thing is I never really liked Wesley's character...or any of the characters, and it didn't go deep enough into the whole vampiric thing for me either. This is a movie for people who like shoot-em up video games. I unfortunately saw this one in the theatre...the things I used to do for a date :(
