Review:
Well no wonder Sergio Martino used an alias for directing this thing, it is dull dull dull and lacks all of the life he usually breaths into his films. It's drab instead of colorful, the plot has several stories going on, none of which are the slightest bit interesting. It's something to do with some ancient crates from the Etruscan society, one of them has drugs in it, so part of this has to do with that. There is also something going on about a dame who thinks she is immortal as it is written on some wall in an ancient language. The whole thing is set up like a gialli although it really doesn't have many of the good things that gialli films have. An example are the deaths, in this instead of offering anything slightly realistic looking or even any blood everyone who dies just has their head turned around. In other words, they just put clothes backwards on people (Kris Kross must have been taking note). The resolve of this situation is entirely unsatisfying and it's nearly impossible to pay attention or care even after a half hour of this nonsense. Hugely disappointing film that I'll never ever want to watch again nor could I recommend it to even the biggest of Sergio Martino fans...just avoid!
