Review:
I hate to say that I kind of expected more from Fulci, especially since the back read that it's one of Quentin Tarrantino's favs! I actually found the sets and things to be rather drab and strangely it was missing the sleaze factor (which okay I can do without if it's not too drab). It did have the odd "Fulci gore" touch, but murders are definitely few and far between...seriously it lacks there. What is good is the actual story, quite a fun little puzzle for the "by the books thriller" sort of crowd. It's about a woman who has visions who sees the death of someone and a bunch of different things flash before her eyes and she has to try to solve what happened. Especially when the body she saw turns up to be in the same place walled in a building. Unfortunately I thought it was a bit too easy to figure out as we'd both predicted the ending before we hit the halfway point. Still although it was a bit too dry to be an awesome thriller, it is effective, it all makes sense and I've definitely seen worse.
