Review:
This one is low on scares, but it definitely tries with it's elaborate sets. It's not too similar to the original in feeling, but well the story isn't too different. A single father and his two kids and maid find out the inherited an Uncle's house. They go to move in and learn it's all made of glass and covered in protection spells. Soon a ghost hunter shows up to try to help the family as they realize that the house is filled with ghosts. The only way to see them is with these glasses and there aren't enough for everyone. They actually did come up with back stories for most of the ghosts and the effects aren't bad either. It's just not all that frightening, but an easy to watch take on a classic story.
