Review:
I actually saw this one in the theatre, and well I've watched it with friends several times since and well it held up each time. The story is about Eric Draven, a rocker who's girlfriend was raped and murdered. He was killed when he tried to stop the attack but a crow brought him back to life. He now is free to get revenge on the thugs who killed him and his fiancee. He meets up with a young girl named Sarah who helps him out, but he also has to help her with her drug addicted mother. The revenges inflicted are sweet and this has plenty of violence and clever memorable quips within. Really this should have something for nearly anyone, heck even the fact that they had to finish the film without the lead actor (he was shot for real on the set of the movie) makes it kind of fascinating in a way. The sequel is nothing short of awful, but this is the film to see!
