Uggg this is one of the most boring films I've ever had the displeasure of sitting through (or rather forcing myself to sit through). The plot? Oh I'm sure you could guess it...the Government toyed with bat DNA until the bats were super intelligent and annoying...erm yeah that IS the exciting and original part..bletch. It's sadly frustrating in nearly every regard, it's like they took the dumbest people on earth with no common sense and thrust them into a situation with bats. Definitely one of the worst "monster" movies I've ever seen, it's like they didn't even try.
