Wow....that being said what the frigg? Well Cronenberg is a weird one, and I adore him for it but this one may be his strangest tale yet. The story focuses on a Woman who goes to experimental treatment to deal with her anger issues. Her husband isn't quite so sure about this therapy so he starts to investigate. While she's in treatment really strange murders are happening, and it's all really confusing. It's got some brutality, some gore but mostly it's purely surreal and strangely horrific. I don't want to give anything away so I can't explain The Brood properly or anything because I think this really should be seen. I guess it's just a little too weird and confusing to be brilliant, but it's certainly worth your time.
