Review:
This was actually surprisingly ambitious and decent for a low-budget slasher film from the '80s that somehow evaded me for some time. It's somewhat similar to "Peeping Tom" in that a landlord is preying upon and watching his tenants. In this case our landlord is a creepy Nazi who conducts experiments, and keeps an abused tongueless victim as a pet in a cage. He slides around in the crawlspace waiting to prey upon and slaughter the young girls (the only tenants worthy of being in his building). It's quite bizarre, and if it weren't for the cheesy nature of most of the girls and their behavior (ie cutting nipple holes in her bra, singing horrid songs...) it could have been somewhat scary. As is, it's a good effort and I'm sure many will want to see this, even if it's not the best execution, at least I think they tried!
