Review:
After a terrible drag racing accident everyone is presumed dead...only Mary isn't dead. She struggles out of the river some time later, and attempts to carry on as per usual. She takes a job as an organ player in a church although she seems to be non-religious yet seems to be doing alright. Only thing is, someone or something is stalking her, what could it be? She sees the face of a disturbing looking man turning up everywhere, is she insane? It's actually a relatively creepy and atmospheric flick, anyone who is into classic scare pics will likely love this one. It's a little slow and dated for newer horror folks, and mostly bloodless as well though. The style is also really lovely, the shadow work and the deadly looking images appearing everywhere are pretty unforgettable. Really an atmospheric and tricky little picture that must have influenced so many in the future.
