Review:
Candyman relocates and picks up his murderous ways. They've upped the ante with more gore but the quality, acting, and plot are much lower making it difficult to sit through yet bloody. I'd say it's not worth bothering with, I mean it's annoying and tedious, really there are so many other interesting things you could be watching so why not try them instead? This is a perfect example of why straight-to-video films are a dime a dozen, and not even worth the dime mentioned earlier.
