Review:
Considering this is an extremely panned film, and on the Video Nasties list from the UK this is really surprisingly great, and non-graphic! It was shot in Canada, and it's definitely a slasher flick, but it was unusually entertaining and interesting. It's about a TV Host who is very opinionated activist who rubs a certain murderer the wrong way. He isn't successful the first attempt (which is one heck of a scene) so she's in the hospital where our mr. murderer of course shows up to try to finish off the job. He gets busy bumping off people in the hospital in fun and entertaining ways, but of course this results in more face offs with the TV Host. The film actually manages to be a bit strange, yet effective and it even builds up some good tension in places. As I mentioned earlier I'm shocked that it isn't very graphic because you'd think to land on that Video Nasty list that it would have to be bloody as heck, but it's not. There is one scene that is a little hard to watch (and very cool) but I wouldn't say it's a reason to avoid the film or anything. Still it doesn't feel like something is missing and I actually found it to be a rather satisfying film as well (which is rather uncommon for you typical 80s slasher stuff). If you think you've run out of lost '80s classics then honestly I would say you should watch this, I was impressed anyhow!

Availability:  On DVD (but OOP)
