Review:
I wasn't sure that I was going to love this one after being disappointed with "The Mummy" but luckily my fears were immediately put to rest with this one. The story is pretty gripping right from the get go plus the effects are nothing short of amazing! The story is about a young man who comes home when his brother dies. He goes to a gypsy camp with a lady friend, and she ends up being chased by a werewolf. He steps in and ends up getting bitten although he kills the wolf. When the detectives go to look at the site of the incident there isn't a werewolf corpse, only the body of an old gypsy woman. Soon the young man who was bitten has more to contend with as now he has a problem with transforming and bloodlust himself. The story is entirely clear and fascinating, and it truly is a delight to watch, even if it isn't the bloodiest or the scariest, the actual story makes up for any lack of scares.
