Review:
If you walk into this expecting the same 'ole Jason than you will be sorely disappointed, and many fans were. I on the other hand liked that they tried something different, the camp was getting a little stale after all. The story is that many years in the future Jason's corpse is discovered frozen and captured on a ship as an artifact I think. Anyhow of course he comes to life, but as super Jason (he's basically nearly indestructible now) and starts attacking people in an entertaining and flashy gross way. It's kind of intense because they aren't sure how to stop it, and they even have a robot who looks human which is somewhat entertaining. It's full of action and death and well paced and pure fun. I don't honestly understand the negativity directed towards this film because it is highly entertaining. Folks who've never seen a Jason film before can even walk in on this one and have a good time!
