Review:
This is a rather low budget thriller about a 14 year old girl named Lisa. Lisa's Mom is a bit overprotective and won't allow her to date until she's 16, and she's none too happy about it. In response Lisa and a friend named Wendy start finding out men's phone numbers from their license plates and calling them. Lisa runs into a man named Richard and flirting with him, and things are fine until Richard becomes obsessed. Lots of talking on the phone is rather dull and most of it reads like a drama, but once he becomes obsessed and well we learn he's a killer things get a bit more interesting.
