Review:
The most interesting part to this movie is the actual transformation of Charlize who definitely looks and acts the part of the crazy Aileen Wuornos. The story has been altered of course from what actually happens, but it's mainly small pieces of data that were changed. Part of it is definitely the look of Aileen's lover (who looks and acts nothing like the way Ricci did in the movie). I'm not sure why they decided to change the character so much but here she was definitely whiny and obnoxious, it made me want Wuornos to kill her. The story is of course about a confused insane and abused girl who meets up with a lesbian at a bar and ends up falling in love. The lesbian runs away with her and the haul up in a hotel but the lesbian refuses to work because she has a broken arm and whines about wanting things. Aileen then kills people to get the money to keep obnoxious girlfriend quiet. It's decent enough to watch but unfortunately it can't compare to watching a basic documentary about the crime.
