Review:
This is a very cool high octane thriller that is non-stop excitement and surprises. We join the story with Lola getting a phone call from her boyfriend Manny. He lost 100,000 marks in a subway train that belongs to some bad people that will harm him. Lola has 20 minutes to come up with the money or else he will have to rob a store. There are three different twists of fate shown here all of course with slightly different variables but it never gets tired. The only thing unsatisfying is that you never have the real ending because there isn't one but then again that's the point right? It's just really fun to watch and interesting to think about, it really brought Franka Potente to the foreground which is great because I quite like her as an actress. Not the kind of movie you'll ever forget if you do watch it. Oh I should mention it's in German so you'll have to read a few sentences in subtitles but the dialog is so minimal it doesn't effect the movie at all.
