Review:
Whereas the first "Invisible Man" movie was filled with action, excitement and humor this one was seriously lacking all of the above. As much as I like Vincent Price, playing the invisible man just seemed like a wrong move for him. See this time the invisibility potion was used to break an innocent man out of jail (they injected him then of course he was able to escape). The brother of the falsely accused then worked on a serum to bring him back to visibility. Of course he starts to go mad, and the Police are trying to locate him, and he has a lady friend who is wrapped up in the nonsense too. He didn't go mad quickly enough, there isn't much horror here at all and it seems like the plot was thrown together in quite a hurry. It just didn't satisfy, it bored unfortunately, still some neat scenes and whatnot but it just didn't live up the Universal Horror name.
