Review:
Funny that alphabetically this film and "Mikey" are next to one another as they both have a lot in common, the biggest difference being that "Milo" is way less good. A group of kids in public school witness a killing during a game. The child responsible (Milo) is a bit odd shall we say. Then we move to sixteen years later where the kids are reuniting in the same town. They think Milo drowned shortly after the accident but of course Milo isn't dead....he's back. The difference is that he's still young...and evil! It was just really cheesy all the way through and impossible to take seriously. The premise is promising when you read it but when you are stuck watching this no budget thing you kinda see what could go wrong. If you just love murderous children movies than you'll want to see this one too. I just warn you it appears to be the worst of the lot thus far.
