Review:
This is a rather surreal tale about a young boy who doesn't want to eat what his parents are putting on the table. Any time he asks questions about where the meat came from or what it is, the subject gets changed. It's definitely an extremely dark comedy as it's very '50s and Leave It To Beaver...but yet the parents are definitely creepy. The problem is that it's not all that scary, and it's not all that bloody it's just more suggested but once in a while it does come through. It's an odd tale but the way that it was shot makes it better than just average. A strange little treat for those who have an appetite for black comedy horror pictures.
