Review:
This is a lovely little twisty turvy Hammer picture. We meet a pretty young lady who is presumed insane by her family because she keeps claiming she's seeing her dead brother. We clearly see her chasing someone who looks like her dead brother (Tony) but it looks as though her other brother wants his inheritance so badly that he's trying to make her look crazy...or is he? Then when Tony shows up the other brother and their mother seem to refuse to believe he's alive although there doesn't seem to be any proof and he coughed up a pretty good story to boot. So is Tony really Tony? Is the sister really insane? There has also been some strange music coming from the basement...what could it be? It all ties together in a great story that I didn't figure out until the very end. Definitely entertaining and an engaging story that is beautifully shot and easy to enjoy!
