Review:
What the...well it shouldn't really have been called "Frogs" as it's more like angry Reptiles + moss, but it's a strange little number. While canoeing a Man is nearly run down by a reckless boater and his sister having some fun. For whatever reason he gets in the boat with them and goes back to their private Island. The cast of characters here are quite colorful and strange, seeing Ray Milland (The Thing With Two Heads) was a bit surprising. He plays a guy who hates nature, he poisons the wildlife because his family can't sleep because of frogs croaking. Somehow (we don't know...possible mutation from chemicals) they all start attacking all the guests on the island in strange ways. Lizards knocking off bottles of poison onto someone's head for example, lots of snakes, frogs and even crocodiles can be seen in this one. Actually it was rather nicely shot and the close up views of the reptiles are rather nature show like. It's just a strange scenario and although the deaths are strange, it still somehow feels a little less than rewarding in the kill department. Anyhow, if nothing more I learned not to poison nature as it will plan an attack back...in an organized fashion! It just could have used a little more finality, back story and well death.
